Since the Omnibus Law, IMB has been replaced by PBG (Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung) and every completed building must obtain SLF before it is used.
From IMB to PBG
PBG is the approval to construct, renovate, or expand a building, issued through the SIMBG system based on technical compliance with building standards.
SLF (Sertifikat Laik Fungsi) certifies that a finished building meets safety, health, comfort, and accessibility requirements. It must be renewed periodically.
How we help
Our team has delivered dozens of PBG and SLF projects across Subang, Bekasi, Balikpapan, and Yogyakarta – from factories and warehouses to hotels, clinics, and retail outlets.
